Guidelines for Amway Leadership Seminar Family Event in Orlando
To qualify for the Orlando in Family program, please note the qualification information below:

*GIP points do not consider volume from Platinum lines, either qualified or not, unless they have been out of qualification for more than a fiscal year. In case of new lines, they will be considered until the month of qualification as Platinum. |
ˆFor this segment of New Emeralds and higher Levels, the additional 36,000 annual points must be in width without considering the volume from the lines with which the new Level is being reached. |
- A maximum of two immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, niece/nephews, aunts/uncles, and grandchildren) staying in the same room as the holder and coholder
- Activities at the event (morning exercises, group breakfasts)
- Americas family event at the Amway Center and group dinner
- Debit card with $420 per person for meals at leisure and park tickets
- Amenities
- Childcare for children 12 years and under during the Business Session
- Participation in Recognition Session for guests 13 years or older and nursery for children 12 and under during the Recognition Session
- Ground transportation (to and from the parks and the airport)
- Travel insurance
- All of the costs are in American Dollars (USD) and do not include the airline ticket.
- These costs ONLY include immediate family: children, parents, siblings, niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, grandchildren.
- Any family member that you invite must be registered on the registration page under your business. It is not allowed for your relatives to be registered under another business number that will be attending the event.
- Please note that there is a maximum of 4 people per room including yourself and your co-holder
- If you wish to bring more than the 4, you will need to purchase a package. Please see below for the additional guest buy in package.
Additional Guest Buy-in Package
If you did not qualify for the Orlando family program or if you did qualify and wish to bring three or more family members, the costs for your third or additional family member are $155 per person and includes:
- Orlando Airport - Hilton Lake Buena Vista Hotel ground transportation (excluding transfers to other hotels)
- Transportation to parks according to program agenda from Hilton Lake Buena Vista Hotel (entrance to parks not included nor money to purchase entrance tickets)
- Group Breakfasts at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista Hotel
- Childcare for children 12 years and under during the Business Session
- Recognition Session and child care during the session
- Americas Event at Amway Center
- Travel insurance
IMPORTANT
- All of the costs are in American Dollars (USD) and do not include the airline ticket.
- If you wish to bring more than the 4 in your group (including you and you co-holder), you will need to make hotel arrangements on your own. If you wish these additional guests to participate in event activities, you will need to register them on the registration site. As a reminder, flights are not included for any guests.
- You may reserve hotel rooms for your additional guests at host hotel for the event, where you'll have the preferred Amway rate. Below is the link for you to make your reservations:
- The businesses that are on track to qualify will receive an email in the month of August, in which they will be invited to pre-register through the Leadership registration website.
- The holder and coholder ABO(s) will be able to pre-register themselves and their guests on the registration site. The guests must be registered on the website in order to receive a wristband at check in that includes participation in the event activities mentioned above.
- Pre-registration via the website will close October 23.
- Once business qualifications are confirmed, you will receive a Leadership Seminar Confirmation or Cancellation email.
a. If you receive a confirmation email, your registration is confirmed in the system.
b. If you receive a cancellation email, your registration will be canceled in the system. - If you need to cancel your registration, please visit the Home Page and click “Modify Registration.” Log in and continue until you reach the page containing your personal information. The “Cancel Registration” link will be at the top right of the page.
Important Notes:
Upon registering your guests and confirming by clicking the "Accept" button in the system, you acknowledge and confirm that you are in agreement with Amway in that:
- You confirm the participation of the persons you have registered as your guests and that you assume the charges incurred based on the guest information communicated by Amway (expenses based on your confirmation of guests you're traveling with).
- You are responsible for any additional charges for your guests.
- You confirm that you and your guests are attending the event, and upon not arriving at the event, you assume the cancellation fee, and authorize Amway to deduct the full amount of the charges and any fees that are generated, or will be generated, to cover the full amount of charges incurred.
- You acknowledge that clicking the "Accept" button that this is your electronic signature of acceptance of this agreement.
