Is staying at the hotel required? 
Staying at the hotel is not a requirement. Hotel rooms are not subsidized and hotel rates are not guaranteed for this program. Please contact the hotel directly to make your room reservation and/or see the "hotel" tab for more details. 

Will parking at the hotel be validated? 
Parking validation will be provided for self parking each day of the conference. VALET parking will NOT be validated. Please try to arrive early as parking space at the hotel can quickly fill. Many of the parking spaces do not become available until hotel guests check out (typically after 10 A.M.). 
 
What is the suggested attire? 
Casual attire is suggested. Dressing in layers is recommended as temperatures within the conference rooms can fluctuate. 

Can I bring my family or guest? 
Conference meals are designed for physicians and healthcare providers. We ask that you do not bring family members or guests to the conference room(s) as we have limited space and accommodations for our program participants.
