NEW YORK LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR (LMHC):
Continuing education credits will be available for NY Licensed Mental Health Counselors through a NYSED LMHC approved provider.
 

NURSING (CNE): 

A maximum of 14.0 nursing contact hours will be awarded for this program.  The participant must attend the entire program to be eligible for full contact hour credit.  Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is an approved provider of Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) by the PA States Nurses Association, an accredited provided by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Nursing contact hours will be given for Days 1 and 2 only. 
 
All faculty are required to disclose to the audience (1) significant financial relationships with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial products, goods or services and (2) any unlabeled or unapproved uses of drugs or devices discussed in their presentations.  Such disclosures will be made in writing or electronically in the course of presentation materials.
