This is an invitation-only event. Invitations are non-transferable and include complimentary accommodation and hospitality in Rome. Business casual attire is recommended for the conference and evening activities. Please note that availability is strictly limited so we ask that you register early to secure your place.

Dell is pleased to offer all invited attendees to the EUC Customer Advisory Council 2014 the following complimentary package:

  • Overnight accommodation at the KOLBE HOTEL for 2 nights on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th December 2014 (including breakfast and all taxes)*
  • All scheduled meals and refreshments as part of the event
  • Networking evening

* the cost of in-room extras and any additional nights of accommodation will be the responsibility of each guest.

Travel / Flights
  • All delegates should make their own travel arrangements
  • Please plan to arrive on Monday 8th December any time before midnight, as the event starts early morning
  • Please communicate your arrival and departure details to Dell via the registration
Transfers
  • Dell will provide all transfers between the hotel/venue and dinner locations as part of the event package as well as transfer back to the airport (or city center for those who stay) after the official end of the event at 16.30 on Wednesday 10th December 2014. So please plan for your return flight after 18:00
  • Final logistical details will be communicated when we have received the travel details of our guests.
