Viktoria Hallin Sales Director etouches Viktoria has been with etouches since 2002. Based in Sweden, she is responsible for driving etouches growth throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining the etouches sales team, she was Director of Events & Meetings, leading a team of six. Her team successfully coordinated more than 100 meetings and events annually in more than 20 countries. | |
Dianna Holt Product Manager etouches Having been a part of the event industry since 1999, Dianna has an extensive background in conference management, meeting planning and trade show organization. In 2005, She obtained her CMP Certification in meeting planning from the Convention Industry Council. She has excelled in a variety of roles at etouches, including Meeting Planner and Head of Account Management, before joining the product team in 2014. | |
Neil Keefe VP, Product Development etouches Neil, a Bristol University graduate, has 16 years of diverse experience in consultative, development, managerial and support roles at all levels. Thirteen of these years have been in the events industry, including six at etouches where he has been a vital member of the product team. | |
Simon Roberts Sales Engineer etouches Simon graduated from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and after a period working with ANZ Banking Group he moved to Europe, where he worked in investment banking for Schroders. He entered the events industry in 1999, running a portfolio of leisure events throughout Europe and Australasia. Simon was recruited by etouches in 2002 to assist in it’s rapid expansion and international business capabilities. | |
Julian Ward Chief Client Officer etouches Julian began his tenure in the industry working for one of Europe’s largest value-added resellers implementing large-scale projects both in the UK and for large multinational clients. In 1998, Julian joined Gartner Group Europe and managed technical projects for EMEA as well as many global projects. Relocating to the U.S. within Gartner in 2000, Julian headed up the Client Care team for many sites, implementing best practices and standards for support. He has led the etouches client support team since 2008. | |
