The volume of IP disputes being dealt with in Scotland is steadily increasing. As technology becomes increasingly vital in the business arena, so too does this extensive and complex area of law. From disputes to advisory work; large-scale corporate transactions to trademark infringements - there's a lot happening in the world of IP.

With this is mind, Update Conference and Events has created a morning seminar to present and discuss the sector's most topical subjects. You will be given a comprehensive update on a variety of issues and the opportunity to pose your questions to a panel of the country's foremost legal IP practitioners.
