Cancellation policy:
- Deadline to book a room at the preferential rate is 13 May 2014
- A full stay deposit will be charged upon booking
- Should the reservation be cancelled prior to 10th April '14, the deposit will be refunded in full
- Should the reservation be cancelled between 11th April and the day of arrival, then the hotel shall retain the deposit paid
