INS 2020 - Roundtables
 
ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS

Open to all infusion therapy professionals, discussion leaders share evidence-based projects, research, practice initiatives, and clinical innovations.

 
Roundtable discussions will be conducted on May 18th from 12:30-1:30pm at INS 2020 in Las Vegas, NV.
 
Each roundtable discussion runs for 30 minutes. The discussion leader will speak for 10 to 15 minutes and will engage participants in a related discussion for the remainder of each half-hour session. This process is repeated by the discussion leader two times, for different attendees.

GUIDELINES:

  • Only 1 topic will be accepted per discussion leader.
  • In accordance with ANCC criteria, for individuals employed by infusion-related industries/businesses (excluding consultants): topics and abstracts must be unrelated to employer products or other saleable merchandise. If you have a topic related to an employer’s product please contact Meghan Trupiano, Meetings Manager, for more information on presenting a symposia or exhibitor theater at INS 2020.
  • Discussion leaders must agree to INS copyright and permission requirements.
  • Applicants must submit:
    • Name and credentials, job title, name of employer(s), and contact information (email and telephone).
    • Conflict of Interest Form
    • Current CV
    • Brief bio
    • 75-word abstract, to include the topic and discussion points
    • Title
    • One learning outcome
    • Outline
    • References
    • Material presented must be your own, original work that has not been presented or published previously
  • Once submitted, applications will undergo review by the INS Education Department.
  • Incomplete application will not be considered.
  • Selected discussion leaders will be notified by email beginning March 2, 2020. Instructions for completing registration and speaker agreement will be attached.
  • Your place on the conference schedule will not be considered as final until your registration and speaker agreement is completed. If your registration and speaker agreement is not completed by March 30, 2020, your abstract and application will be ineligible.
  • If selected, you must register for the conference and be available to present on May 18, 2020.
