The Australian Health Design Council represents the health design sector in providing expert advisory services in health facility design, planning and management to industry and government.
Our key objectives are to establish and promote a shared vision for high quality, efficient and effective health facility design that responds to the needs of the Australian populace.
Our vision is of an industry sharing knowledge, information, technology, research and experience to promote consistency and effectiveness of health design across all projects – in both public and private sectors.
AHDC is in close collaboration with health facility design and construction technology groups across Australia and New Zealand and actively seeks membership from all stakeholders. Members of AHDC have to opportunity to shape our industry and contribute to improving the quality and sustainability of health facility design.

The Future City Collaborative is an initiative of the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney with the primary role of promoting sustainable urban development by supporting city leaders with leadership and strategic management tools; creating a forum in which mayors can share ideas and information; and developing skills and knowledge in building sustainable cities.
The Collaborative has coalesced as a force for sound development and growth in the Sydney metropolitan region and its member cities are emerging as strong supporters for innovative approaches to their urban planning and local governance issues. The Collaborative has worked with experts around the world on smart cities and placemaking, and has produced a range of reports on housing affordability, local finance mechanisms and the growth of innovation ecosystems in the United States. Each year it commits to running a City Exchange aimed at exposing its members and partners to best-practice sustainable urban development and planning.

Industry Capability Network (ICN) is a business network that helps Australian and New Zealand companies grow. We do this through our powerful online database and our network of consultants, giving companies access to:
- Projects large and small
- Partnership opportunities and supply chain development
- Channels to promote company capabilities to our business network.
Since it started more than 30 years ago, ICN has been helping find the suppliers and service providers who are best equipped to meet the requirements of thousands of projects across Australia and New Zealand.
We work with local suppliers and project managers to help save time and money in the procurement process. We also help to secure billions of dollars in contracts and jobs that may otherwise have gone overseas. If you’re a major project developer, we will put you in contact with the best suppliers. If you’re a supplier, we’ll connect you with the best projects planned or underway across Australia and New Zealand – and around the world.
Joining ICN Gateway is the fastest way to find your next big project or the best suppliers.

The National Growth Areas Alliance (NGAA) advocates on behalf of Australia's fastest growing municipalities - from Perth in Sydney’s west to Wanneroo in Perth’s north. These areas, on the outskirts of the capital cities, are growing at double the national rate.
Analysis commissioned by the Alliance shows there is already a $50 billion dollar infrastructure backlog in outer growth areas – without taking into account the extra 2.5 million people who will call these areas home in the next 15 years. Research also shows that investment would provide jobs, increased tax revenue and a permanent boost to national GDP.
NGAA is behind the Fund our Future campaign, proposing a national infrastructure fund for the growing outer suburbs to address the challenges in a long-term, strategic way.
