Mahendra Siregar

 Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)

H.E. Mahendra Siregar was appointed Chairman of the Indonesia Investment Coordinating  Board (BKPM) by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in October 2013. He was previously Vice Minister of Finance, from October 2011. Mr Siregar began his career at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in 1986. Foreign postings included  Economic Third Secretary of the Indonesian Embassy in London (1992-1995) and Information Counsellor of the Indonesian Embassy in Washington DC (1998-2001). He joined the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs in late 2001 as Special Assistant to the Minister. In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Minister in charge of International Economic and Financial Relations. From September to December 2009, Mr Siregar served as Chairman and CEO of Indonesia Eximbank, before being appointed Vice Minister of Trade. He was the Asiarepresentative at the UNFCCC Adaptation Fund Board between 2007 and 2009, and was President Yudhoyono’s Sherpa to the G-20 at the London Summit in 2009. Mr Siregar graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, and received a Master’s in Economics from MonashUniversity in Australia.



Angela Mackay
Managing Director-Asia Pacific
Financial Times

Angela Mackay was appointed the Financial Times’ Managing Director of Asia Pacific in 2007. In this role, she leads all of the FT’s commercial operations in the region and sits on its global board of directors. She is based in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Ms Mackay was Commercial Director and managed print and digital advertising sales for the FT across 16 countries in the Asia Pacific region. She joined the FT in 2003 on its editorial team, serving as the Asia Investment Editor for two years. Before joining the FT, Ms Mackay was Asia Editor for Sunday Business from 1998 to 2001. Other positions she has held include contributor to the Sunday Telegraph, editor at The Economist Group, supervising producer at CNBC, Deputy News Editor at The Times newspaper in LondonUK Correspondent for the Australian Financial Review and speechwriter for ministers in the Hong Kong government. She began her career in journalism as a graduate cadet on the Australian Financial Review in Sydney. Ms Mackay graduated with a BA in English Literature and an LLB, and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and VictoriaAustralia.



Shawn Donnan
World Trade Editor
Financial Times

Shawn Donnan is the Financial Times’ World Trade Editor. He was appointed to this role in September 2013. Mr Donnan was previously World News Editor, after being promoted from Deputy World News Editor in June 2010. Prior to that, he was the Asia World News Editor and the Asia International Company News page editor based in Hong Kong. He was also the FT’s Indonesia correspondent based in Jakarta. He joined the FT in November 1999 in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining the Financial Times, Mr Donnan worked as a staff writer for the Associated Press in the US and as a Sydney-based reporter for Agence France-Presse. Besides the Financial Times, his work has appeared in major newspapers worldwide, including the South China Morning Post, the Los Angeles Times and Christian Science Monitor. Mr Donnan graduated from Boston University, majoring in International Relations.




Ben Bland

Ben Bland is the Financial Times’ Indonesia correspondent based in Jakarta. He was previously the FT’s correspondent for Vietnam, between 2010 and 2012. Mr Bland has been working in Southeast Asia since 2008. Prior to his appointment to the FT, he reported independently for titles such as the Daily Telegraph, the Economist, FT Weekend Magazine, Monocle, Asia Sentinel and the British Medical Journal. Before this he was a business reporter for the Daily Telegraph, and covered UK markets for Dow Jones Newswires. Mr Bland studied Southeast Asian Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

H.E. Dr Boediono was appointed as the 11th Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia in October 2009. Prior to this he held the positions of Governor of Bank Indonesia, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of Finance, State Minister of National Development Planning/Chairman of Bappenas, and Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia. Dr Boediono received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia, a Master’s degree in Economics from Monash University, Australia, and a doctorate in Business Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Since 1973, Dr Boediono has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Gadjah Mada University.

BRICS concept

Jim O’Neill is an internationally respected economist and commentator with a unique perspective on global markets, currencies and trends. He began his career in finance at a division of Bank of America. From 1988 to 1991, he was in charge of the fixed income research group at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) and served as SBC’s Chief of Global Research. Mr O’Neill joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 and was appointed Head of Global Economics, Commodities and Strategy Research in 2001. In 2010 he became Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Mr O’Neill is the creator of the acronym BRICs. He has also published research into other growth markets, including the Next 11 (BangladeshEgyptIndonesiaIranMexicoNigeriaPakistan,PhilippinesTurkeySouth Korea, and Vietnam). His analysis of the global economy, The Growth Map, was published in 2011 -- the paperback version was published in May 2013. He is now working on a new book, and in the fourth quarter of 2013 will be visiting four growth markets to record a programme for BBC Radio. Mr O’Neill is a member of the UK-India Round Table and the UK-India Business Council. He is a founding trustee of the London-based charity SHINE and served as chairman for eight years. He serves on the board of Teach for All and a number of other charities specialising in education. A well-known football fan, he served as a non-executive director of Manchester United before it returned to private ownership in 2005. Mr O’Neill earned a degree in Economics from Sheffield University and a PhD from the University of Surrey. He received an honorary doctorate from the Institute of EducationUniversity of London, in 2009 for his educational philanthropy.



H.E. Chatib Basri

Republic of Indonesia

H.E. Muhamad Chatib Basri was appointed Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in May 2013. He was previously Chairman of the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), from June 2012, and Vice Chairman of the National Economic Committee of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, from 2010 to 2012). Prior to that, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance for G-20 (2006-2010) and was Sherpa to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the G-20 Summit in Washington DC in 2008. In 2004-2005, he served as an advisor in the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Before joining the government, Dr Basri worked in economic research at several local and international academic institutions. He has published many papers and articles in scientific journals and media, and presented research at international forums. Dr Basri graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Indonesia, and has a Master’s degree and Doctorate in Economics from Australian National University.




H.E. Gita Wirjawan
Minister of Trade
Republic of Indonesia

H.E. Gita Wirjawan was appointed Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia in October 2011. For two years prior to this, he was Chairman of the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). Before joining the Government, Mr Wirjawan was Founder and Chairman of Ancora Group, a Jakarta-based business group; a Commissioner of state-owned oil giant Pertamina; and an Independent Board Director of Axiata Group Bhd. He also had a successful career in investment banking, with key roles at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, including senior advisor to JP Morgan for Southeast Asia. Mr Wirjawan is also deeply involved in philanthropy, education, sports and music. He has endowed scholarships for Indonesians to attend leading international universities, and is in the process of establishing 1,000 pre-schools across the country. He is a member of the Dean's council at both the Harvard Kennedy School and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. In sports, he has set up prominent golf academies in Indonesia and is chairman of the Indonesian Badminton Association. And through Ancora Music, he has produced a range of critically acclaimed albums. Mr Wirjawan was educated at Harvard University.




H.E. Mari Pangestu
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy
Republic of Indonesia

H.E. Mari Elka Pangestu was appointed Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia in October 2011. She was previously Minister of Trade (2004-2011). In that capacity, Dr Pangestu played an active role in the World Trade Organization, representing Indonesia as well as groups of developing countries such as the G33; initiated and led various Ministers of Trade meetings; provided leadership in regional cooperation, including when Indonesia was Chair of ASEAN in 2011, and at APEC; and prepared and led all international trade negotiations for her country. In her current role, she has been active in international fora such as the ASEAN Tourism Forum, T20 (Tourism Ministers of G-20 countries), and various bilateral talks and cooperation on tourism and travel facilitation. Dr Pangestu is also a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Leadership Council, which assists the United Nations Secretary General on post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals. Before becoming Minister, Dr Pangestu had an active career in research and providing policy advice on issues surrounding international trade and investment, political economy and sustainable development. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Australian National University and a PhD in Economics from the University of California Davis.



H.E.M.S. Hidayat
Minister of Industry
Republic of Indonesia

H.E. Mohamad Suleman Hidayat has been Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia since October 2009. He previously served as Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for two terms starting in 2004. Mr Hidayat has also worked for the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (Lemhanas), and was a Member of Parliament in 1999-2004, serving on the finance and banking committee. Mr Hidayat has also been Chairman of Real Estate Indonesia (1989-1992) and Vice Chairman of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Federation (APREF). Mr Hidayat is also Member of the Jakarta Property Club and the Board of Governors of the Financial Club. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Padjadjaran University.

Peter Albert

Peter Geoffrey Albert was appointed Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of G-Resources Group Ltd in July 2009. A metallurgist with an Executive MBA degree, Mr Albert has 30 years of experience in project management, general management and operations management in mining and minerals processing inAustralia, Africa and Asia. He is a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (London), a member of the AusIMM and a Chartered Engineer. For his achievements and leadership in the mining industry, and voted by his peers, Mr Albert was awarded “Mining CEO of the Year” for two consecutive years, at the 2011 and 2012 Asia Mining Congress. He was the Executive General Manager – Asia of OZ Minerals Ltd covering offshore operations, the Sepon copper and gold operations and projects, the development of the Martabe Project, business development in Asia, and Asian government relations. He joined Oxiana Ltd in 2000 from Fluor Daniel, where he held the position of General Manager – Projects. Mr Albert has also worked with Shell-Billiton (Australia) and JCI (South Africa).



Vishal Bali

Nielsen Company

Vishal Bali heads the Consumer Insights business in Nielsen across Southeast Asia, North Asia and Pacific. As the Consumer Insights leader, Mr Bali is responsible for three of five Nielsen practices including Brand, Innovation and Shopper. His teams provide wide as well as deep insights about the Asian consumer to help clients grow their business. Mr Bali has a proven track record of working alongside MNC as well as local conglomerates to transform data into actionable insights and identify profitable opportunities unveiled by segmentation studies, end-to-end innovation process roadmaps, shopper path-to-purchase tactics and brand-building strategies. Prior to his appointment as Consumer Insights leader, Mr Bali headed Nielsen’s Technology business in Asia Pacific, working closely with Nielsen’s Global Telecom teams to drive client success. He has held various other leadership roles in Nielsen across the world, heading both country and regional teams in India, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. A seasoned industry practitioner, Mr Bali has more than 13 years’ experience in marketing research and insights. He holds a postgraduate degree in Management from India.


Rodrigo Chaves

Rodrigo A. Chaves is the World Bank’s Country Director for Indonesia. Previously he was Sector Director, Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Department, for the Latin America and Caribbean Region of the Bank. Mr Chaves has worked at the World Bank for 20 years. His experience includes analytical and operational work in more than 30 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Asia, and East Asia. He has worked and written on macro and microeconomic policies -- including tax sufficiency, quality of fiscal expenditures, public service delivery at local level, financial market development, private sector, entrepreneurship, credit and investment, and rural development. Mr Chaves has led joint World Bank-International Monetary Fund financial sector assessments of emerging market economies. Prior to joining the World Bank, he managed the operations of a small private bank and worked as a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, and USAID. Mr Chaves holds a PhD in Applied Economics from Ohio State University in the US. He is a national of Costa Rica.




Christian de Guzman

Christian de Guzman is a Vice President and Senior Analyst in the Sovereign Risk Group of Moody’s Investors Service, based in Singapore. He joined Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group in 2009 from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he was a Senior Economist covering the ASEAN economies. Previously, Mr de Guzman held various positions with the Research Department at the International Monetary Fund in WashingtonDCand with Procter & Gamble in Singapore. Mr de Guzman was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Economics and Political Science at the University of Georgia in the US and received his MA in International Economics and Southeast Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.



Deng Xuesong

Deng Xuesong currently serves as the General Manager of China Railway 11 Bureau Group Corporation (Singapore Branch) and is also the Regional Director for Southeast Asia and the Director of the Corporation’s International Department. He has over 10 years’ professional experience in international mega project development with China Railway Construction Corporation. These include projects in NigeriaMongolia, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Mr Deng opened the Corporation’s Singapore branch after winning a bid for two local MRT projects. The Singapore branch also operates as a hub for Southeast Asia, managing developments across the region. Current projects include light-rail transit in Malaysia and mega BOT projects in Indonesia. Mr Deng has a Master’s degree from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.



Michael Dunne

Michael Dunne was appointed President of GM Indonesia in September 2013. He is based in Jakarta. Mr Dunne previously was President of Hong Kong-based Dunne & Co, a research and marketing firm specialising in Asian car markets. His experience in Asia began in 1993 when he founded Automotive Resources Asia (ARA), a forecasting and market research firm. In 2006, J.D. Power and Associates acquired ARA; Mr Dunne, based in Shanghai, was named Vice President of Asia Pacific at J.D. Power and led operations until 2010. He is the author of American Wheels, Chinese Roads: The Story of General Motors in China. Mr Dunne has a Master’s degree in Chinese History and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.




James Harris

James Harris heads Hogan Lovells’ infrastructure and project finance practice for Asia, based in Singapore. He has more than 26 years’ experience advising governments, multilateral agencies, corporates and lenders across Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe on infrastructure-based transactions in sectors covering energy, oil and gas/petrochemical, resources and mining, water/sanitation, transport (air, sea, road, rail), education, health and sports as well as cement plants, hotels, leisure, entertainment, general manufacturing and infrastructure funds. Mr Harris also heads Hogan Lovells’ Asia Infrastructure Group, a multi-disciplinary group of lawyers focusing on the full spectrum of infrastructure as a unique asset class in its own right. He is also Chairman of the International Project Finance Association for Asia and a founding member of the  Asia Pacific Loan Market Association’s Project Finance Committee. Mr Harris is recognised as a leading project finance and PPP lawyer in several industry publications.



Danni Hasan

Danni Hasan is President and Chief Operating Officer of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. He has more than 20 years’ experience in management and finance. He began his career in 1988 in industrial and oil services with multinational companies such as Akzo Coating Indonesia and Asamera Oil (Indonesia) Ltd. In 1992, he entered the financial sector, working in securities company PT Sigma Batara, working on business risk analysis, origination and structuring, and corporate advisory. He has brokerage and underwriting licences. In 1995, he became Chief Financial Officer at PT Centris Multi Pratama, responsible for finance strategy, corporate planning and budgeting, and communication with investors and lenders. From 2001 to 2007, Mr Hasan served as President Director of Centris Multi Pratama, before moving to Nusantara Infrastructure, initially as Business Development Director, leading the company’s business expansion and merger and acquisition activities. He graduated from Adamson University in the Philippines with a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Management.



Rudy Karimun

Rudy Karimun has been the Managing Director of PT Robert Bosch since 2008. He is responsible for the overall business operations of Bosch in Indonesia, which comprise Automotive Aftermarket, Automotive Original Equipment, Security Systems, Drive and Control, and Thermotechnology. Mr Karimun has been concurrently the Managing Director of PT Bosch Rexroth – the drive and control company – since 2001, overseeing all business activities. During this time, he has built up a sales, service and engineering organisation to serve the Indonesian industrial and mobile market. Mr Karimun has had a long career with Bosch Rexroth in Indonesia. He joined the company as a Sales Engineer and Divisional Sales Manager in 1997, in charge of sales of hydraulic technology. He was appointed General Sales Manager in 1999, covering sales for all technologies. A major project that Mr Karimun took on during this period was the setting up of the Hydraulic Service Centre and the System & Engineering Department, which includes Project Engineering and Hydraulics Power Unit Assembly. He also established distribution and sales networks in major industrial locations across Indonesia. Mr Karimun graduated from the University of Stuttgart in Germany in Aeronautical Engineering.



Bram Klaeijsen
President and Regional Director for Asia Pacific
Cargill

Abraham “Bram” C. Klaeijsen serves as President and Regional Director, Asia Pacific and Platform Leader for Cargill Food Ingredients and Systems, which encompasses all of Cargill’s food businesses. Mr Klaeijsen joined Cargill in 1978 as a shift supervisor for Corn Milling in the Netherlands, and went on to hold a number of leadership roles before moving to Cobham, England and being appointed division head for European Corn Milling in 1996. In 1999 he became Platform Leader for Cargill’s European Food Ingredients businesses. He relocated to Mechelen, Belgium in 2007 to assume the role of Executive Vice President of Cargill Food Ingredients and Systems. He held that position until he joined Cargill’s Asia-Pacific operations in his current capacity, in 2009. Mr Klaeijsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from technical college Breda in the Netherlands.



Peter Lynch

Peter Lynch is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cokal. Mr Lynch has held various positions within the coal industry in Australia, as mining engineer, project manager, mine manager, general manager and managing director. From 2006 to 2010, he was President, CEO and Director of Waratah Coal Inc, responsible for putting the Galilee basin on the map with his visionary development plan. During 2010 Mr Lynch acquired interests in metallurgical coal projects in Central Kalimantan through a private company and then, with the help of a group of well respected coal industry professionals, took the company public on the ASX in December 2010. That company is now Cokal. Mr Lynch graduated from the University of New South Waleswith a Mining Engineering degree. 



Mark Magee
General Manager, Indonesia
Ikea

Mark Magee was appointed General Manager, IKEA Indonesia, in June 2012 with over 30 years’ experience in home furnishing retail and franchise business models in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Prior to this appointment, he spent seven years in a Business Development role with Inter IKEA Systems BV (the owner and global franchisor of the IKEA brand) in Delft, Netherlands. Formerly, Mr Magee was Head of International Operations at MFI, the UK’s leading home furnishing retailer, where he developed and deployed the company’s International franchise business model in multiple markets. He received an MA in Retail Management from Manchester University in the UK, majoring in International Franchising.




Edward Rochette

Edward C. Rochette is Chief Executive Officer of East Asia Minerals Corporation. Mr Rochette is a lawyer and an internationally known negotiator and transaction specialist, with 30 years of experience in the acquisition of mining rights, international business, land management and natural resource transactions. He was formerly a Partner with IBDA, a premier consulting firm in China conducting business in Beijing and other areas of the world, where his responsibilities included being the transaction specialist in the international mining sector. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd for 16 years where his responsibilities included the negotiation to acquire the world class OyuTolgoi copper-gold project. Mr Rochette splits his time living inBeijing and Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. He completed his BSc degree at the University of Wisconsin in the USand received a Juris Doctorate degree from Lewis & Clark University. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association.



Sinthya Roesly

Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund

Sinthya Roesly is President Director of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF), an institution fully owned by the Government of Indonesia whose mission is to support acceleration of infrastructure development by providing guarantees against infrastructure project risks. Before being appointed to her current position, Ms Roesly worked for PT PLN (Persero), a state-owned electricity company, for more than 16 years, with responsibilities ranging from corporate finance and funding to corporate planning and strategy, commerce, power system operations and project construction. She was also previously Head of the Energy Market Reform Working Group - Indonesia National Committee at the World Energy Council. Ms Roesly has a Master of Management degree from
IPMI International Business School, an MBA from Monash University, Australia, an MEngSc in Power Systems from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia.




Andre Surya

Andre Surya is the Founder of Enspire Studio, an award-winning digital animation studio in Jakarta, as well as a school, the Enspire School of Digital Arts (ESDA), that is focused on developing professional digital artists, particularly in digital painting and animation, who can benefit from the increased demand from Hollywood for high-quality digital design. Mr Surya himself has worked on a number of successful feature films as a digital artist, including with Industrial Light and Magic, a division of Lucasfilm, in its Singapore studios. His projects have included Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Transformers, Star Trek, Rango and many more. Mr Surya was born in Jakarta and studied at the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (Vanarts) in Canada.




Adrian White

Adrian White is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Biwater, which provides large-scale water and wastewater solutions to clients worldwide. Since its inception in 1968, Biwater has gained recognition for its innovative approach, aimed at overcoming the world’s most pressing water-related challenges. It has completed over 25,000 projects in over 90 countries – financing, designing, constructing, operating, maintaining and owning water facilities – in both rural and urban environments. Mr White’s experience as a Chartered Engineer and Scientist has fuelled his interest and continued leadership in the water industry. He is the Founder of British Water, the UK’s water industry trade association, and in 1993 he was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for services to export and the water industry. In 1995, he was appointed to the BBC Board of Governors. Mr White is a former Chairman of the Epsom Health Care NHS Trust and Millfield School. He is the owner of Denbies Wine Estate, the UK’s largest vineyard. Mr White received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Surrey. He was the High Sheriff of Surrey for 2006/2007 and is an honorary Fellow of Regents Park College, Oxford.



Mike Wiluan

Mike Wiluan is the Chief Executive of Infinite Frameworks, a multi award winning media company well known for its production of visual effects and animation. In addition to driving the company’s business activities, Mr Wiluan is an active Executive Producer of television shows and feature films. Some notable shows which he has produced include: ‘Sing to the Dawn’- South East Asia’s first English animated feature, ‘My Magic’ and ‘Be with me’ both directed by Eric Khoo and were both featured at the Cannes Film Festival and ‘881’ by Royston- one of Singapore’s highest grossing films of all time, followed by its sequel ’12 Lotus’. He is currently producing a slate of genre features with long time collaborative partner, Eric Khoo on a Joint Venture Label called ‘Gorylah Pictures’. His first feature film under this slate called ‘Darah’ was in cinemas in late 2009. More recently, Infinite Frameworks animation studio produced the animated Film’Tatsumi’ of which Mr Wiluan was Executive Producer . ‘Tatsumi’ which premiered in Cannes film festival in the ‘Un certain regard’ category is the 13th Animated feature to be premiered in the festival’s  65 year history.

Since acquiring the media company in 2004, Mr Wiluan has positioned Infinite Frameworks as a leading media player in Asia Pacific, solidifying key partnerships with notable players in the industry such as HBO, AETN, IMG Darlow Smithson, Corus Group and Mark Burnett Productions. In 2011, Infinite Frameworks launched the development of Singapore’s first film studio as well as Indonesia’s first film studio and backlot on Batam island.

Mr Wiluan also serves on Singapore Polytechnic’s, Republic Polytechnic’s and MDIS’s media advisory committee. In addition to the film business, He is the President of the TURI group which operates and owns boutique hotels, resorts, industrial estates and production studios in Indonesia.

Josef Winter is President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Siemens Indonesia, and Country Spokesperson for the Siemens Group of Companies in Indonesia. He has been with Siemens in various roles around the world for almost 30 years. Before taking his current position in 2012, Mr Winter was Chief Compliance Officer for Siemens AG in Germany (2010-2012); Head of Siemens Germany (2004-2010); and Head of Regional Company and Country Spokesperson for Siemens in Korea (2002-2004). Prior to that, Mr Winter held a number of different roles with Siemens in Germany, in the Control Systems Division, the Transportation Systems Group, Electric Motor Vehicles, Power Engineering, and Rail Systems and Rolling Stock. He graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from the Technical University of Aachen, Germany.
