Te Rūnanga o Aotearoa, New Zealand Nurses Organisation (Te Rūnanga)  is pleased to announce the Indigenous Nurses Aotearoa Conference 2016 hosted by the Te Rūnanga o Te Poari .

This conference is part of Te Rūnanga Hui ā-Tau which will be held from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 August 2016.

The conference is open to all health care professionals with a keen interest in Māori health. This is an opportunity for you to hui, listen to guest speakers, network with a range of health professionals and share your stories about Māori nursing, Maori health and whānau ora.

Conference theme

The theme for the conference is Whiri: Binding Strengths, Shifting Struggles, Realising our Freedom, Mana Māori Motuhake.
