The PCPA 2026 Annual Conference will be held at The Sanctuary in suburban St. Louis, MO. Only 15 minutes from the St. Louis airport for those who will fly and within less than a day’s driving distance for members from across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. This high-tech, welcoming space will offer a comfortable venue for learning during keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking with publishing and adjunct member colleagues and friends. There will be plenty of food and fellowship, too!

Conference Registration Rates:
Sweet Deal* Registration: $159 per person
Sweet Deal Team Building* Registration when you bring 50%+ of your staff: $119 per person
*Sweet Deal Team Building registrations are available for publishing company members only.

Please note: Registrations closes April 10, 2026, and there will be no refunds after March 20, 2026. However, another colleague may be substituted, if necessary.
Photography Notice: By registering, you acknowledge that this conference includes interactive sessions and group learning activities. Photos may be taken for PCPA and a professional photographer for educational or promotional use.

Our conference hotel is the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis/St. Charles, 380 Mulholland Dr, St Charles, MO 63303.
Our block of discounted guestrooms will be available for $155+ tax per night for reservations made by March 24, 2026.
