Daniel Wolfe is director of the International Harm Reduction Development program at the Open Society Foundations, which works in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas to support the health and human rights of people who use drugs. He is a former Community Scholar at the Center for History and Ethics of Columbia University’s School of Public Health.
