Karyn
Kaplan is Director of International Hepatitis/HIV Policy & Advocacy at
Treatment Action Group (TAG). Karyn spent 20 years in Thailand working on
HIV/AIDS treatment access for highly marginalized groups, in particular, people
who inject drugs and prisoners. She is a co-founder of Thai AIDS Treatment
Action Group (TTAG).
