Women’s ACE (Advocate, Cultivate, Empower) Summit is a two-day event offering national learning sessions and advocacy training opportunities for Farm Bureau Women. This event is hosted by the American Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee and occurs every other year (even years) with the purpose of building a sustainable future by developing women leaders, engaging them with lawmakers and advancing agricultural advocacy.

The ACE Summit is open to all Farm Bureau women and there is no limit to how many women can be registered per state until May 3, 2024, or until we reach the registration limit of 200 attendees. Join us for leadership development, networking and advocacy training for women in agriculture.
Registration is now open and will close Friday, May 3, 2024 at 4 p.m. ET.
State Farm Bureaus and/or individuals will be responsible for all travel costs, including, but not limited to, flights, lodging, meals and transportation while in the nation’s capital. AFBF has secured a room block with Holiday Inn Washington Capitol, which is located across the street from the AFBF Office. Sessions and events will take place at both the Holiday Inn and AFBF Office. Hotel information can be found under the Hotel Tab.
Attendees are encouraged to work with their state Farm Bureaus to schedule in-person or virtual visits with Congressional Members and/or their staff during the Congressional Visit portion of the agenda (see agenda for date and time). During the event, participants will receive advocacy training and a briefing on issues.

Cancellation Policy
Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 3, 2024. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations prior to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 3, 2024. No refunds for cancelled registrations will be provided after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 3, 2024. Onsite registrations will NOT be accepted.
The AFBF Women’s Leadership program mission is to engage women by offering opportunities to develop communication and leadership skills, empowering them as strong, effective leaders in agriculture.
