March is International Women's History Month, with March 8th being International Women’s Day. The IIA Nashville Chapter would like to kick of the month with a culture focused complimentary event for IIA Nashville members.

All IIA Nashville members, women and male allies are invited to this event. Please support this initiative and join us on March 21st to celebrate Women’s History Month! We will be hosting an engaging panel discussion, including lunch.

Topics include:

Understand the definition and importance of inclusion in the workplace
Identifying and addressing barriers to inclusion in the workplace
Best practices for promoting inclusion in the workplace culture and policies
Strategies for creating a work culture that supports inclusion in daily operations
Techniques for fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity for diverse teams
Creating and sustaining accountability and influencing the culture of teams and organizations
Engaging in open and honest conversations about allyship and supporting inclusion
Highlight the role of leaders, managers and teammates in creating a safe and thriving culture on teams and organizations
