Are you a skilled instructor who can lead a training on business skills, new ways of working, communication and presentation skills, leadership development, project management/process integration, strategic application and governance (by discipline), strategic planning and implementation, or artificial intelligence in project management?

PMI Training Instructors will lead deep dive trainings about a specific topic. Trainings should provide an interactive learning environment with a blend of didactic instruction, that fosters information sharing between instructors and attendees. PMI offers training events throughout the year, virtually and in-person, each one providing numerous individual trainings for learners to attend.  
 

What we are looking for:

The following core areas support PMI Training programming:

  • Business Skill Enhancement: Deepen learners' understanding of the techniques and skills needed to effectively manage in-person or virtual teams, drive sound decisions, leverage problem-solving skills and influencing for success. Strong negotiation and conflict management can elevate a team from good to great. These hands-on trainings will provide insights to help learners approach their work in a meaningful way for both project teams and project management teams.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Attendees learn to position themselves as bridge builders by effectively communicating across business lines and cultural differences to a global workforce ensuring clarity and alignment of messages. Effective leaders know how to effectively communicate with and adapt to their audience. Learners will enhance their image and learn to deliver impressive presentations in these trainings.
  • Hot Topics: Sessions will build skills around emerging trends that could impact the future of PM around innovation, artificial intelligence, new technologies or other.
  • Leadership Development: From science to practice, leadership styles are individual and must be tailored to one's style and based on the needs of a team. Learners select the leadership training to most effectively build their inherent qualities and strengths.
  • New Ways of Working: At any given time, there are several disruptive trends and technologies that change the way organizations work. Smart organizations view the disruption as an opportunity to innovate and develop; these trainings will help them to adapt and lead through changing times.
