AKA “Advanced Refresher”
This Blended Learning class teaches you all of the same things that a Fully Led Instructor Learning class teaches. Learn how to be a side by side assistant to the EMS by enhancing what is learned in "A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist". Students are taught how to be a leader at a scene. Advanced airway, common roadway medical concerns, assisting the EMS with extrication, femoral traction, role play, critical incident stress, lifting a bike lab, and PACT/ABCSS of Trauma are all addressed & practiced. 6.0 CEs
ASM 400 Series Blended Learning class Part 2 (aka Advanced Refresher). Instructor: TJ Oman. Location: American Legion Post 434 (Upper Hall). This class is OPEN to members of American Legion Riders WI D 4 & 5 only. Host: American Legion Riders WI D 4 & 5. Prerequisite: You must have completed the Online Advanced course within the last 6 months or an Advanced Instructor Led course within the last 2 years (2021 or 2022). This class is an Advanced Refresher only. Cost is $50/student and will include a certificate of completion.
