The PCPA Annual Conference will be held at The Sanctuary in suburban St. Louis, MO. Only 15 minutes from the St. Louis airport for those who will fly and within less than a day’s driving distance for members from across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. This high-tech, welcoming space will offer a comfortable venue for learning during keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking with publishing and adjunct member colleagues and friends. There will be plenty of food and fellowship, too!

Hotel Accomodations
We have an excellent group rate of $139+ taxes per night at the new Hampton Inn & Suites only a short walk to Old Town St. Charles.
The deadline for this rate is March 24, 2023 and rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
Video Recordings:
All who are registered for the Annual Conference will receive links to view the video recordings of the rich line-up of keynote speeches and workshops. We expect that nearly all, if not all, of our presenters will give us permission to record their sessions, but some will be so hands-on and interactive that they won’t be recorded.
In addition, there is a new option to purchase the recordings for your entire staff. Please see the Pricing section below.
Pricing:
- Early bird special for members by February 10, 2023 is only $139 per person…a $60 per person savings!
- Early bird Teambuilding Registration for members: The past two+ years have been challenging! Publishing Members who want to use this event as a teambuilding experience and bring 60% or more of their staff will receive a very special discount of only $99 per person! This is $100 off of the regular price! Deadline is February 10, 2023. For more information, please contact PCPA Executive Director Beth Lewis.
- Regular registration for members by April 3, 2023 is only $199 per person.
- Regular registration for non-members by April 3, 2023 is only $249 per person.
- Members only: If you want to purchase access to all of the available keynote and workshop recordings to use for professional development with your entire staff, you may do so for only $799.
After March 17, 2023 there will be no refunds for cancellations however you may substitute another registrant.
