You are invited to continue your journey to cultural competency by registering for Building a Multicultural Church: Applying What We Have Learned will review basic concepts covered in the previous Cultural Competency Forum sessions and will offer a model for application in the local context. Case studies will be presented to practice application in three church types.

The Anti-Racism Task Force is pleased introduce the Cultural Competency Forum of the Wisconsin Annual Conference. Participation is free of charge to Wisconsin Conference clergy and laity.

Why Should You Attend:
Most diversity and inclusion efforts in an organization focus on particular observable demographics such as race, gender, age, etc. This presentation will expand the concept of diversity by addressing the more global concept of cultural competency within organizations. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead a culturally competent and strategic organization.

No cost for the event but you do need to register.
All clergy and laity are invited to attend.
