The Role of Internal Control in Maintaining the Public Trust

Please join us for an exciting presentation given by Stephen Hamilton, Inspector General for the New York State Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) and Stephen R. Hillerman, CIA, CRMA, CIGA, Chief Audit Executive of OSC Internal Audit.

 

Trust in the public sector is at an all-time low. This presentation will look at some of the reasons why trust is low and discuss the role that Internal Control plays in maintaining the public trust. The presentation will also focus on case studies.
