About the Event: Unpacking PAFs and Future-Proofing Gifts in Wills

Private Ancillary Funds (PAFs) are growing in popularity and increasingly becoming a larger funding source for charities. But how does a PAF operate and what are the opportunities for charities to leverage these vehicles now and well into the future?

This webinar will cover:
  • Introduction to PAFs - how they operate and how they behave
  • Understanding PAFs in the broader philanthropic landscape and how COVID has impacted future funding opportunities
  • How to future proof donor gifts in Wills - strategies to reduce contested gifts in Wills and separate a donor’s charitable intention from their overall estate
  • Strengthening donor relationships by adding value and knowledge beyond fundraising
