Kim Lancer is the Founder of Tall Poppies – a Global Leadership Development firm that empowers leaders to stand tall and accelerate their success. Through her keynote speaking, executive coaching and development programs, Kim has increased capability for 1000’s of executives in Fortune 100 companies across the US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.  

Across her 20 year career, predominantly in New York and London, Kim has inspired leaders to drive performance through purpose-based leadership, mindset and behavioral change. Her client list includes: Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Deloitte, Nokia, Mastercard, Ford Motors, WA Police Force, Water Corporation and WA Public Sector Commission.

Kim is passionate about women’s leadership and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Kim has an International Coaching Certification through the Teleos Leadership Institute in Philadelphia, a Training Certification from New York University and a Journalism Degree from Curtin University, Perth.

She recently relocated from the US to her hometown, Perth with her husband and two boys.
