Cavill + Co

Hailey Cavill-Jaspers has been at the forefront of CSR & Social Good since she founded her company Cavill + Co in 1995. Prior to this, she gave up a successful yet unfulfilling marketing career in London to pursue her passion down under. She is a matchmaker between corporates & causes and has built 50 partnerships investing over $40 million into social good projects. Her clients have included Mondelez, Disney Australia, Vodafone Foundation, Zinfra and SEEK. In addition to publishing 7 books on CSR, Social Good & the neuroscience of altruism (DoGoodology®) she’s developed a world-first training tool that’s been upskilling non-profits & social enterprises in the art & mastery of securing corporate partners for over a decade.

Hailey is a sought-after speaker, recently sharing the stage in Sydney with His Holiness the Dalai Lama when MC-ing the Happiness Conference. She’s waved the Aussie flag at the Institute of Fundraising Conference in London and shared her skills with global fundraisers at the Resource Alliance’s IFC Conference in Holland.

When she’s not matchmaking, Hailey can be found dancing, painting, making Ottolenghi salads or weeding the roof (yep, you read that right, she has 4,000 plants on the roof of her 7 ½ star rated Eco house).
