2020 PRESIDENTS & VICE PRESIDENTS 
CONFERENCE


February 11 – 12, 2020



We are pleased to announce that the online registration site for the 2020 Presidents and Vice Presidents Conference is now open! The conference is scheduled for February 11-12 at the Galt House Hotel in the Rivue Tower on the 3rd Floor. The conference begins with a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, February 11, and adjourns following a luncheon on Wednesday, February 12. We will highlight successful leadership programs from County Farm Bureau leaders, member services, new communication tools and state and national priority issues.  Please use this website to find information regarding registration, a tentative agenda, hotel details including rate information, information regarding the conference vest, and full event terms and conditions.  

We are collecting the full amount of Presidents and Vice Presidents Conference fees from attendees at the time of online registration. This includes registration fees and ALL nights of hotel sleeping room costs (minus onsite incidental costs).  For the 2020 Presidents and Vice Presidents Conference, we are offering tiered registration prices. On or before Friday, November 22, 2019, the registration fee is $200.00 per person; after Friday, November 22, 2019 (but before the registration deadline), the registration fee is $225.00 per person.  Hotel room rates at the Galt House range from $161.00/night plus taxes for single and double occupancy to $181.00/night plus taxes for quad occupancy.  Please see the hotel tab on the registration site for more information.   

To register an attendee, please click on the New Registration button at the top right of the home page and proceed through the pages to complete the registration process for each attendee.  

The online registration system to accept reservations for hotel sleeping rooms and registrations, along with payment, will be open until Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 11:59 PM EST.  All arrangements are final and non-refundable after Thursday, December 12, 2019.
