After careful consideration of the COVID-19 situation, the Virginia Board has decided to modify our 14th Annual Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference to a virtual format. We will continue to bring you content, services and educational opportunities in the virtual format. Please check back soon for updates and more information on the virtual conference as they become available.

About the Event

The virtual conference will launch on October 12, 2020 and will be available to attendees and exhibitors for 60 days, until December 10, 2020. 

The 2020 Virginia Chapter Conference will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care.
