Fraud and chargebacks management workshop

This seminar is aimed at those responsible for fraud management and cardholder disputes. Participants learn the main threats facing issuers and acquirers, and actions they can take to protect against losses.
Half of the seminar will cover a fraud management component, that explains technology solutions that make transactions more secure, as well as Mastercard requirements in terms of fraud prevention, detection and resolution. The next half offers intermediate-level chargeback training to complement the fraud management section. The content will include the latest changes to the chargeback rules and explanations of chargeback reason codes in a practical context.
