Illimar Paul is responsible for design and development of new services in the Estonian Logistics Cluster, which is a consortium of 20 Estonian leading logistics and infrastructure companies together with two universities. Estonian Logistics Cluster is actively involved in development of new solutions enabling reduction of paperwork in international trade. Illimar Paul has been working in logistics industry since 1996. Before that he was a navigator on cargo vessels. Illimar Paul has graduated as MSc from Estonian Business School (EBS). He is a PhD student in Tallinn University of Technology since 2008.
