Tiit Paananen is the Site Leader of Skype Estonia. He joined Skype in 2005 when he took helm of the software quality engineering team, growing it from a few heads in Estonia to the current 100+ around the globe. Before Skype Tiit has worked in technology companies DNS Finland and Helmes, and lead IT for Hansabank Life Insurance and Hansabank IT support. He has studied at Tampere University of Technology. Born and raised in Estonia, Tiit is an active enthusiast of flying and parachuting and also a member of the Kohila county council.
