Mr. Dmitri Rudakov joined the police in 1999 and worked in Kesklinna (Downtown) police station as a criminal investigator. In 2002 he joined the Central Criminal Police (present name National Criminal Police) and started to deal with international cooperation in investigation of IT and economical crimes. Currently he is working in the same area, coordinating exchange of information and dealing with international cooperation in investigating IT crimes. Mr. Rudakov has taken part in several JITs (Joint Investigation Teams). The biggest operations he has been involved are Operation Crossbill (with UK colleagues), RBS bank case (US FBI, US Secret Service, and Russian FSS) and operation Ghostclick (US FBI and NASA).
