Seán Shine is the Managing Director of Accenture’s Health & Public Service operating group in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. Sean is responsible for delivery of our services to our Health and Public Services clients in these regions. Sean is a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council. He has worked almost exclusively in Accenture’s Health & Public Service operating group during his career and has worked with clients in Ireland, the UK and many European Government agencies in addition to advising Government agencies throughout the world. Seán graduated from University College Cork in Ireland with an honours degree in Civil Engineering. He is a former president of the Republic of Ireland Council of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a Fellow of the Institute (FCMA) and a Chartered Global Management accountant (CGMA). Sean is based in Dublin, Ireland.
