Mr Rhéaume is deputy VP Regulatory Affairs, Tariff and Gas supply. He is responsible for the regulation issues analysis and for representing Gaz Métro before the Régie de l'énergie, the National Energy Board and the Ontario Energy Board since 2013. In addition to his responsibilities, Mr Rhéaume has been entrusted, in February 2017, with the responsibility of the sales and the business development of CCUM. CCUM owns and operates a 3-km wide network and provides energy for heating and air-conditioning of a 1.8 million square meters of commercial surface in the downtown area of Montreal. Mr Rhéaume serves on the board of directors of Gazoduc Trans Quebec & Maritimes, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System and Intragaz. He has been with Gaz Métro since 2009, and formerly worked as an economist in the health and royalty sectors. He obtained a Master Degree in Economics from the Laval University in 2005.
