Presenter - Wally Conway
Wally Conway is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, retired Navy Pilot, licensed contractor, home inspector, media expert and a Kanas City BBQ Society Certified BBQ Judge. Wally founded HomePro Inspections in 1994. His company has inspected over 35,000 homes and buildings. As a media-active educator, Wally has been a regularly featured expert on the HGTV series “House Detectives”, co-hosted of the DIY Network series “Finders-Fixers”, host of BUZZ TV and is co-host of “The Home and Garden Show” radio show heard on WOKV every Saturday. Passionate and ever eager to share an idea, Wally also speaks regularly across North America. In addition to being a BOLD Business Coach, Wally’s corporate clients have included Correct Craft Boats, Keller Williams, Yamaha, and Cox Media. When not speaking in front of a live audience, Wally writes routinely and authored the book Amazon #1 Best Seller “Secrets of the Happy Home Inspector”.
Panelist - Henry Florsheim
Henry Florsheim is the President and CEO of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce, a 750-member Chamber and economic development organization with nine employees and hundreds of volunteers. A native of Monroe, LA, Florsheim is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Business Management and the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He has an MBA from Louisiana Tech University, and is also an alumnus of Leadership Louisiana and Leadership Arkansas. He received his IOM designation when he graduated from the Institute of Organization Management, a four-year program of the United States Chamber of Commerce. Florsheim was recently named to the Board of Regents for this Institute. A creative problem-solver, Florsheim has over 16 years of economic development experience and a history of developing successful strategic partnerships. Henry and his wife Kimberly have six children, three of which they recently adopted, and have served as foster parents to many other children in need.
Panelist - Kevin Goldstein
Kevin is Market President of First National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas. Kevin holds his BBA and MBA from Midwestern State University. Kevin has worked in the financial industry for over 25 years with a background in consumer and commercial lending, trust services, brokerage and insurance services. Kevin is a former Trustee of the WFISD, serves as co-chairman of Hands to Hands Community Fund and sits on several nonprofit boards in our area. Kevin and his wife Lori have three boys, Andrew, Bradley & Henry.
Speaker - Tim Lockhart
Lead Agent and owner of the Lockhart Real Estate Team – Keller Williams Realty, Tim Lockhart retired as a major from the Air Force in 2013. Having served 20 years as a Civil Engineering officer he ended his career in the #1 Training Squadron in the 82d Training Wing for 2012 and chooses to align with the best. That is exactly why, when deciding to become an entrepreneur he chose real estate as the industry and to align with the Arlington Market Center of Keller Williams International. In the Air Force, Tim managed over $1 Billion in facility projects and negotiated with several high-level government contractors to gain the most value for the dollars spent. With the Lockhart Real Estate Team, clients receive effective and efficient service utilizing the latest in technology to market homes for sale and farm & ranch properties for the greatest exposure, yielding you the highest net price in the least amount of time with the fewest hassles. Tim was commissioned in 1993 upon graduation from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His first assignment was to Travis AFB, California. Since then, he held numerous Civil Engineer positions at base level and MAJCOM staffs within the continental United States, United States Air Forces Europe and several deployed locations. He served in Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Iceland and Honduras. In his most recent deployment, Major Lockhart was selected to lead a team of seven Army, Navy and Air Force members for a Headquarters Central Command Vulnerability Assessment Team. In this capacity, he led his team to various Forward Operations Bases in Afghanistan assessing security posture, construction, medical support and communications and offering best practices to improve the security for Joint forces supporting three separate Regional Commands.
