This presentation is designed to review the clinical presentation and management of oral lesions which present on radiographs. The emphasis will be on how to establish a differential diagnosis for such lesions and how to distinguish similar-appearing lesions on the basis of their clinical presentation.

Distinguish between similar-appearing lesions.
Manage common intrabony lesions of the jaws clinically.
