Dentistry has progressed greatly over the years. While new technologies and procedures have completely modified our thinking, some practices remain tried and true. This lecture will explore what has been done in the past that still works, as well as how new ideas, such as implants, periodontal plastic surgery and stem cell research, have changed what we and our patients expect from modern dentistry.
