With the enrollment surge, universities across the country are hiring. Research shows that having a diverse faculty is key for diverse students to feel like they belong. After setting the context, e.g., how under-representation in college overall impacts the computing grad school pipeline, we will use an interactive session to teach best practices for diversity and inclusion in the search process.
