This workshop will focus on innovation by providing a process to quickly capture and validate new product ideas via LEAN processes via a LEAN Canvas. We will walk the attendees through creating a LEAN canvas, the activities around validating and pivoting the plan, strategies on how to best present their ideas and utilize the concepts of LEAN to stay engaged throughout the entire process.
