Women often unconsciously make career-limiting decisions based on adherence to three culturally accepted assumptions: do it all, look good and be nice. These self-limiting unconscious biases unknowingly hold women back throughout their careers. This workshop teaches attendees to recognize these hidden assumptions and “reframe” them so they can unleash their true potential in the workplace.
