Andrew O'Keeffe, Director, Hardwired Humans

Andrew O’Keeffe is the director of Hardwired Humans and helps organisations align their leadership practices to human instincts. Andrew is the author of Hardwired Humans and The Boss. Andrew’s background is in senior HR roles in large corporations including IBM and Optus.

On the last three occasions that chimpanzee researcher Dr Jane Goodall has visited Australia, Dr Goodall and Andrew have joined forces to speak to organisational leaders about leadership of big-brain social species – Dr Goodall speaking about chimps and Andrew speaking about humans!

Craig Rispin, Business Futurist and Innovation Expert 

Craig Rispin is a business futurist, trends tracker and technology guru. From age 10 (yes 10!) he began teaching business people about the trends and technology that would change their businesses, and lives, forever!

With an innate ability to spot trends and to create new markets, Craig went on to design and launch hundreds of products for major companies in the computer, consumer electronics, multimedia, internet and broadcast industries.

Craig Rispin has worked with Apple Computer, Philips Consumer Electronics and served leading blue-chip companies worldwide including: Disney, Fairfax, Canon, General Motors, Mercedes Benz, GE, Sony, American Express and the ABC.


Candy Tymson, Business Educator & Speaker 

Candy is a keynote speaker, business coach, facilitator, and communications, gender and marketing expert, Candy Tymson is also the author of Gender Games: Doing Business With the Opposite Sex and co-author of The Australian & NZ Public Relations Manual, the recognised textbook in colleges and universities in both countries.

Sue Morphet, Non-Executive Director
 
 

Sue has over 25 years of brand management and retail experience across Australia and New Zealand. Sue was previously CEO of Pacific Brands Limited from December 2007 to September 2012, having worked in that organisation for 17 years, most notably as Group General Manager of Bonds. She has also
held senior sales and marketing roles at Sheridan and Herbert Adams.

From 2013 to 2015, Sue was Chairman of Manufacturing Australia. Sue is currently a non-executive Director of Asaleo Care Limited,  Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited, Noni B Group Limited, Godfreys Limited and Chairman of National Tiles. She is also a non-executive Director and the Victoria Chapter Chair of Chief Executive Women.


Sue is also an adviser to private and retail businesses, a Member of the Corporate Council of the European Australian Business Council and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management
