Teresa started her career at 4-County in November 1991 as a cashier in the Starkville District office. Years later, she became the Customer Service Supervisor for the Starkville office. In 2008, 4-County began deployment of its AMI system with which she was greatly involved. In December 2008, Teresa transferred to the IT department in order to coordinate the system wide implementation of the AMI system. Once fully deployed, the discussion of offering Prepay to members began (2012). Teresa was part of the committee that helped develop the goals and guidelines of the Prepay program. She is currently the AMI Administrator for 4-Coutny EPA.
