WINTER FORUM REGISTRATION

All registrations are subject to approval and availability. Registration is not complete until you receive an email confirmation from NMS. You can anticipate receiving notification within 2-3 business days of registering.

Analyst and Associate Participation – New Format and Program
The Winter Forum is continuing its effort to provide learning opportunities to the staff of CIO members who are attending the Winter Forum. We have designed a Saturday afternoon program for a limited number of analysts/associates. In response to the feedback from last year we have incorporated a networking component allowing participants to interact prior to the learning component. This will allow attendees to meet new participants and to re-engage with peers before formal sessions begin, which will allow for a greater sense of camaraderie over your days with us in Scottsdale. Prior registration is required. Please note the program timeline as follows:

Preliminary Schedule:
3:00pm – 3:15pm Welcome and Session Opening – Alan Harris
3:15pm – 4:00pm Peer Networking / Meet & Greet
                                           Attendees will have the opportunity for an Informal Meet & Greet with peers in                                              special Hospitality Suite. Special access will also be provided for our group at                                              the Native American Learning Center. Attendees may explore the museum and                                              return to the hospitality suite at leisure while mingling with peers.
4:00pm – 5:30pm Educational Session Facilitated by Alan Harris

Attendance at the Saturday program includes registration to the Winter Forum. NMS will accept up to 40 attendees for this program, with no more than one analyst/associate per institution. Applications will be accepted until the program is full. Additional details regarding session participation will be provided upon registration. Please book your flight according to the program schedule.

Eligibility:
The Program is open to analysts and associates who are full-time investment staff of NMS Member Institutions from the endowment and foundation community. Applicants become eligible once a CIO or senior investment officer from their institution registers for the Winter Forum 2017. Analysts/Associates who register without their CIO or Senior Investment Officer will be placed on hold until the eligibility requirement is met.

INFORMATION FOR REGISTRANTS

Membership 
Your institution must be a 2017 member in order to register for the Winter Forum. The annual membership fee of $400 per institution is required. NMS reserves the right to qualify all attendees. Payment must be received from the qualifying institution to validate membership.

Payments
You will have the option to pay by check or credit card for membership and registration fees. Hotel reservations must be secured by providing a credit card. 

Please note, your credit card will not be automatically charged upon submission of your registration as NMS manually processes all payments offline.
 

You will receive a formal confirmation and payment receipts as soon as your registration is processed.

Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for registration cancellations, however a credit voucher for a future event will be issued upon written notification received no less than two weeks prior to the forum or by January 21, 2017. Credits will not be given to no-shows. 



HOTEL INFORMATION

Group Room Rate: $315/night 

All room rates are subject to a 13.92% tax per night. Please note that bellman and housekeeping gratuities are at your own discretion.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations (in whole or in part) made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. No shows and early departures will be charged for the entire reservation.

The NMS Membership Reception & Dinner will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017.
