Exhibition Freighting can provide the following services to exhibitors:

    Step 1: Shipping Form
    Click here to download and complete the shipping form. Be sure to complete the form in its entirety, including cargo information and company details.

    Step 2: Labels
    Click here for the pre-prepared shipping label. Fill in the exhibitor details, including the sender name and address. Print the label and paste onto 2 sides of each package and have a spare copy for your Shipping Agent.

    Step 3: Choose your Option

    You are able to ship your items in advance to the consignment warehouse. Here, your items will be combined with other shipments bound for the same destination and forwarded together to arrive onsite in time for the event. If you would like to use this option, items MUST arrive at the Advance Warehouse before 23 January, 2017. If you prefer, you can ship your items direct to the event venue. If you opt to do this, shipments can ONLY ARRIVE ON 1 February, 2017.
