Preethi Thomas is the lead quality engineer for the Pulp project at Red Hat. She has worked on Pulp since its inception five years ago. She leads all quality efforts for monitoring the bugs and issues and for writing automated tests. She helped develop the test automation framework which can be used by community for testing Pulp. She advocates for customer needs and ensures timely releases of the software. Passionate about engaging women in technology, she remotely mentors students at her alma mater Bishop Heber College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India in software quality assurance.
