Hope Lynch is a Business Operations Manager at Red Hat working on the engagement and certification program for Red Hat's technology partners. She was previously a Systems Engineering Manager and Product Owner in Red Hat IT working with Platform as a Service technology, such as OpenShift, and Infrastructure as a Service technology, such as OpenStack, Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization, and Amazon Web Services. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair for the IEEE Eastern North Carolina Section and has an ongoing role with the North Carolina PMI Leadership Committee. She is an advocate of the Open Decision Framework, which helps make decisions in a transparent, inclusive, and customer-centric way.
