A special one off opportunity to learn how the FISH philosophy can change your workplace into a place staff and consumers enjoy.  Using aged care examples, you will learn how to liberate the passion in staff and capture the hearts and loyalty of your clients.  This workshop will bring to life all the attitudes and energies needed in consumer directed care.

The workshop is designed for anyone wanting to improve the quality of life for consumers, through changing the way we think and act about ‘work’.

The workshop will run from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

PRESENTER - Dr. Stephen Lundin
Dr. Stephen Lundin is a writer, entrepreneur and filmmaker with a rich history as a graduate level business school professor and dean. He was chosen by President Ford to be a participant in the President's Executive Interchange Program where he ran the Health Care Review Service of the Veterans Administration. He worked on a number of award-winning films including FISH! - the #1 best selling film in the world for the last 14 years.

He recently taught MBA courses in responsible leadership, organisation change and innovation at the Business School of Griffith University and served as the Academic Director of their Asia Pacific Management Centre

Dr Lundin has written a number of books including the multi-national copy best selling FISH! and the best selling FISH! Tales, FISH! Sticks and FISH! for Life.

Other works include A Bold Approach to Sales and Services, Loops:Success in Small Business is All About Closing Loops and Ubuntu: An Inspiring Story about an African Tradition of Teamwork and Collaboration. During the last decade, he has worked with hundreds of organisations in 53 countries. Dr. Lundin currently lives with his wife Janell in Vero Beach, Florida.
