Thilo holds a M.Sc. in Computer Sciences at the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt. During the past 28 years, so far he delivered VMS support at three out of four companies being in charge for VMS development. He is currently working in the "HP ASC & PSC DACH", which delivers reactive as well as proactive support services. Thilo has specialized in VMS performance work, File Systems, RMS, Programming and staying calm even with the most outraged customer.
