Keith is an Engineer in HP's Complex Systems & Solutions Engineering Response Team within Technology Services, solving customer problems, primarily in the areas of high availability and performance, and including fly-and-fix work to customer sites around the world. He has frequently spoken at user group conferences. His specialties are OpenVMS internals and OpenVMS clusters, including long-distance, disaster-tolerant, geographically dispersed multi-site clusters.
