Frederic is co-founder and COO of identity and mobility management company Okta. He is passionate about enterprise technology and has spent the last 15 years helping organizations improve their operations by embracing software solutions.

Prior to Okta, he worked at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, where he evaluated enterprise software investment opportunities and helped portfolio companies strengthen operations and go-to-market strategies. From 2002 to 2007, Frederic worked in sales and business development at Salesforce.com, where he started and built the Latin America sales organization, mobile group and reseller programs.

Frederic earned a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Frederic currently serves as an advisor to early stage software companies and a mentor at the MIT Trust Center for Entrepreneurship and the Stanford StartX Accelerator program.
