The (CERSH) Rural Sexual Health Conference 2015

Presenter: Associate Professor Mary Lou Rasmussen is located in the Faculty of Education at Monash University. Her principal research areas are sexualities, gender and education. Recent research projects have focused on sexuality education and cultural and religious difference in Australia and New Zealand. She has also investigated the ways in which affect permeates beginning teachers encounters with LGBT issues in teacher education in New York, Toronto and Melbourne. Currently, (with Peter Aggleton, Daniel Marshall and Rob Cover) she is part of the Queer Generations Research team, investigating the experiences of two generations of LGBT young people in Australia.
