Bio

Graduated in 1988 as Aboard Officer from The Merchant Navy School, and sailed as 1st officer for four years. Then I decided to continue my career in ground and held different business roles in Argentina including Sales Executive at MOL. I was granted the Award “Value to New Ideas” at Ultramar Maritime Agency. I also acted as Commercial Manager for the first feedering company in Argentina. In addition I was Commercial Director for APL, Line Manager for Wan Hai, and also managed two leading Forwarding companies.

I have provided professional consulting services to start up operations in Customs Seals businesses of bordering countries. At present I am the Managing Director at RSI Group, one of the companies approved by the Directorate General of Customs in Argentina. I successfully designed the monitoring program on routes for national cargo for the office of Public Revenue.  I have participated in conferences as a guest speaker in the use of technology in the fight against tax evasion, smuggling and drug trafficking.

I am currently holding the role of Executive Director of the newly created Argentine Chamber of Customs Electronic seals and monitoring
